——"Service is Everything" training report
      At 14:00 on May 7, 2015, Rui'an International Hotel held a "Service is Everything" training course in the Cathay Pacific Hall. It was lectured by Chi Beilei, the room manager. More than 50 employees participated in this training course.

      This course starts with the interaction between the profession of "sleeper" and the level of hotel service. The pool manager analyzes the importance of service one by one by combining vivid cases that happened in the hotel and classic video content, and shows you what is moving , Unforgettable service, and shared with the trainees how to do a good job: 1. Professional service skills, 2. Active service attitude, 3. Create service with heart.

      Through this training, the service awareness of the participants was further improved, and everyone fully realized that service is not only work, we must treat it as an art, and strive to create a wonderful and memorable experience for every customer .
