Through this training course, we will help everyone gain a deep understanding of behavioral culture in the following aspects:
First, understand the concept of behavioral culture.
Second, explain how to be a literate employee from the aspects of appearance, behavior, work attitude, building a sense of ownership, and a positive attitude.
Third, understand the correct behavior culture through videos, and combine the behavior videos of employees that reflect the actual situation of the hotel to compare the pros and cons, look for gaps, and learn excellent demonstration cases.
