Roll up your sleeves and work hard, start again in 2017
New year new life. At 2 pm on January 5, 2017, the hotel grandly held the 2016 work summary report meeting in the International Hall. More than 70 people, including managers above the foreman level and 2016 outstanding employee representatives, participated in this annual event. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Chen Wenchong, assistant to the general manager, and Mr. Xiang Chunchao, chairman of the board, came to the meeting and gave important instructions.

At the conference, eight department managers including Qiu Libo reported on the main achievements and problems of the department in 2016, and put forward the department's work goals for 2017. The reports of each department were brief and concise, with outstanding highlights. After the reports of various departments, Mr. Qiu Yongdong, the deputy general manager of the hotel, will make the annual work summary report. Mr. Qiu summarized the top ten work performances in 2016 that was inspiring, and the six issues he reflected on were thought-provoking. In response to the new situation and challenges faced by the hotel in 2017, work objectives, work policies and six major work tasks were proposed.
The general manager Mr. Zhou Chuanxin explained the importance of the power of example and the power of faith through the sharing of two vivid stories. I hope that in 2017, everyone will not forget their original intentions, take the one-stop moving service and the cultural connotation of the "craftsman spirit" as the belief of the hotel staff and create a miracle in the service industry.
During the meeting, the participants enjoyed a tea break carefully prepared by the Food and Beverage Department and happily took a group photo with the chairman.
At the end of the conference, Chairman Xiang Chunchao gave important instructions. Xiang Dong first affirmed the work achievements of the management in 2016. The chairman pointed out that in 2017, the management should roll up their sleeves and work hard to realize the dream of Rui'an International Hotel based on the established work goals. To create a hotel with the best service in Rui'an, the most satisfied customers, and the most high-end customers, to achieve the goal of comfortable employees and happy owners.
The conference ended with warm applause from all the participants. Everyone agreed that the conference was a very successful one.
