Harmonious interpersonal relationship requires good communication skills, so how can we improve our communication skills and methods, make us a popular person, and make our interpersonal relationship more harmonious? At 2 pm on May 9, 2017, Zhang Li, the manager of the human resources department, gave the third lesson "Communication Principles and Skills" of the Manager Growth Training Camp in the International Hall. Before the start of the training, Pan Yingying, the front desk supervisor of the Housekeeping Department, shared the learning experience of the first lesson of the training camp "How to be a well-led manager" and the application of management knowledge in practical work.

      At the beginning of the training, Manager Zhang opened the prelude to the training course through easy and simple interactive games. In the following courses, the definition and importance of communication were explained through communication cases in daily work, and the high-speed toll window was used. Vivid service cases and other videos demonstrated the importance of smiling, allowing more than 70 people at the scene to feel the charm of communication, and deeply appreciate that good interpersonal relationships need to be established through grooming, smiling, and good communication skills. Manager Zhang also explained the skills and methods of effective communication from 7 aspects including communication channels and art of using language.

      Through this course, the students deeply understand the importance of good interpersonal relationships and communication to work and family. Whether it is at work or at home, we all need to take the initiative to open channels of communication and create good interpersonal relationships.
