       At 13:30 pm on September 5, 2018, the International Hall on the fourth floor of Rui'an International Hotel held a training course on "Incentive Skills for Excellent Managers". The hotel specially invited us to have worked in Rui'an International Hotel and engaged in hotel management. For many years, Mr. Zhou Chuanxin, who has both rich practical experience and rich theoretical foundation, served as the lecturer.

      A total of more than 100 people from the head office management and branch employees participated. Each participant listened carefully, interacted actively, and was enthusiastic.
      This training course is targeted and has a very strong purpose. It directly addresses the common management weaknesses of hotel managers at all levels and provides effective and feasible methods for improvement. The training process is also a motivational process. In the classroom, the lecturers gave passionate speeches. The trainees were engrossed in listening and interacting, one by one vivid cases, one by one viewpoints that keep pace with the times, one by one practical management skills, all the trainees enjoyed a spiritual feast.
      After vividly expounding the motivation theory, Mr. Zhou Chuanxin taught you eight motivation skills.
      1. Struggling iron still needs to be hard on one's own. Leaders must lead by example and inspire others by their    own example.
      2. Good communication is a subtle motivation, and leaders need to strengthen daily communication with  employees.

      Through this wonderful training, everyone is fully aware that there is a spiritual match in the heart of every employee. They are all waiting to be discovered and ignited. Every manager has the responsibility and obligation to ignite the passion of employees and inspire them.
