With the triumphant triumph of the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, Rui'an International Hotel has successfully concluded its work in 2018.At 2 pm on January 10, 2019, the hotel grandly held the 2018 work summary report meeting in the International Hall.A total of more than 60 management personnel above the foreman level participated in this annual event.The meeting was presided over by Mr. Chen Wenchong, assistant to the general manager, and Mr. Xiang Chunchao, chairman of the board, came to the meeting and gave important instructions.




At the conference, eight department managers including Qiu Libo reported on the main achievements and existing problems of the department in 2018, and put forward the department's work goals for 2019. The reports of each department were brief and concise, with outstanding highlights.

After the reports of various departments, Mr. Qiu Yongdong, the executive general manager of the hotel, made an annual work summary report.Mr. Qiu summarized the top ten work performances in 2018 that were inspiring, and the six issues he reflected on were thought-provoking.In response to the new situation and challenges faced by the hotel in 2019, work objectives, work policies and five major work tasks were proposed.



At the end of the conference, Chairman Xiang Chunchao gave important instructions.Xiang Dong first expressed his gratitude to the hotel for its various achievements in 2018 and the hard work of all employees.The chairman analyzed the economic development situation at home and abroad in 2019.Facing new challenges, hotel operations also have new opportunities, requiring the management to do the "four innovations and two guarantees": distribution innovation, employment innovation, business innovation, and marketing innovation; to ensure that employee income growth comes from corporate income growth.
