      In the beautiful season of recovery, on the afternoon of April 14, 2016, all the staff of Rui'an International Hotel gathered in the International Hall and ushered in the work summary and commendation meeting for the first quarter of 2016 with full enthusiasm. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Chen Wenchong, assistant to the general manager.
Accompanied by exciting music, the conference officially kicked off at 14:00 in the afternoon. All the people in the venue stood up and welcomed the service stars of the first quarter into the venue with warm applause. As the host passionately announced the commendation decision, waves of uncontrollable excitement emerged on the faces of the commended collectives and individuals, and then the hotel commended the winners.       After the award ceremony, service stars, outstanding teams, and representatives of outstanding departments successively delivered passionate acceptance speeches.       At the end of the conference, Mr. Qiu Yongdong, the deputy general manager, summarized the work of the first quarter and the next work deployment. First of all, President Qiu congratulated the commended groups and individuals, and at the same time expressed his gratitude to all the staff who contributed to the hotel in the first quarter. Mr. Qiu made a brief summary of the work in the first quarter from five aspects: marketing, system construction, organizational structure improvement, human resource development and logistics construction. Then according to the current market situation, put forward the next step of work ideas. All hotel staff are required to do their best in marketing and improve the economic efficiency of the hotel; improve detailed services, improve service status, and improve service quality; start learning hotel rules and regulations to improve the overall management level of the hotel; strengthen hotel hardware construction and do a good job in hotel safety management .
