      On May 19, 2016, the Hotel Human Resources Department organized a special training on "Seamless Connection Management" in the Cathay Pacific Hall. This training invited teacher Cao Yunbing from Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Tourism to give a lecture. A total of more than 60 people above the foreman level of the hotel participated in this wonderful training.

      Teacher Cao opened the training session. Through the morning meeting in the hotel, the withdrawal of Room service and the transfer of employees from the engineering department, the subject of the training course was introduced and the trainees’ thoughts quickly entered into consideration. At the training meeting, a large number of vivid cases cited by Mr. Cao left a deep impression on the trainees. Laughter and applause continued throughout the training site, which inspired and touched everyone in the high learning atmosphere.

      Through this training, everyone not only understands the new concept of hotel management, but also learns the new management skills and methods that hotel managers need to master in the new normal economic period. Everyone expressed that they would actively give play to the spirit of teamwork, focus on customers, strengthen cross-departmental cooperation, strengthen staff training, and improve service skills. We must actively carry forward the traditional Chinese virtues, and establish a good human culture that helps others and respects others.

      I believe that the first major training course in 2016 will have important guiding significance for the improvement of the personal management ability of the hotel's grassroots managers and the future construction and development of the hotel. (Contributed by Human Resources Department)
