In 2016, all walks of life across the country set off an upsurge of learning "craftsman spirit". The hotel management keeps pace with the times, combined with the feelings summarized after returning from the Japanese inspection, starting from October, the theme activity of "promoting the spirit of craftsmanship and striving to be craftsman-like employees" has been fully launched. Through the appraisal, the first batch of ten "craftsman-style employees" from the hotel including Li Jiansheng and Xiang Xiaoyang were produced, and four of them were "house rounds-free employees" from the Housing Department. In a harmonious atmosphere, ten colleagues used sincere and simple language to talk about their work experience, reflected on the existing shortcomings, and clarified the direction of their efforts. Especially in his speech, Han Wenxiu talked about overcoming ideological pressure and work pressure when accepting the task of exempting ward rounds, and bravely accepted the challenge, becoming the first person on the guest room floor to dare to eat crabs, winning warm applause from the participants . Deputy General Manager Qiu Yongdong affirmed the work of craftsman-style employees for 16 years, and encouraged everyone to consolidate their existing achievements, vigorously carry forward the "craftsman spirit", and do a good job of "passing and leading".
Finally, Mr. Zhou has two hopes for everyone. One is to be a good person with a good attitude, open-minded, studious, and willing to help others; the other is to be a capable person who excels in job skills and can not be surpassed by others.
