On May 16, 2017, a group of eight people, including housekeeping, catering, engineering, and personnel, led by the hotel’s general manager Zhou Chuanxin and deputy general manager Mr. Qiu Yongdong, went to Jinhua Jincheng International Hotel for investigation, study and exchange.
This learning exchange has been highly valued by Jincheng International Hotel, and the general manager Mr. Fu Weijian led the hotel's middle and high level to give a warm reception.

      Jincheng International Hotel is a rising star in the hotel industry in Jinhua. Especially in terms of market positioning and product positioning, it has created a unique business model and accumulated rich experience. Under the impact of the successive openings of Wanda, Landison and other brand hotels, 100% occupancy rates of at least three days a week can be achieved.

      After the hotel inspection team arrived in the afternoon, everyone put down their luggage and rested, and directly communicated face-to-face with the general manager Fu Weijian. Each department brought the difficult problems in their jobs and conducted in-depth and detailed discussions with Mr. Fu. On the morning of the second day, the study and inspection personnel visited the restaurant, guest room, staff canteen, engineering department and administrative office area of the hotel under the leadership of President Fu, and exchanged views on the problems encountered in their work.

      Although the communication time is very short, everyone agrees that the study tour has been very rewarding. Through participating in this study and study activity, we learned many valuable experiences and practices such as team building, talent training, facility renovation, detail management, etc., which will be used in future work to continuously improve the overall management level of the hotel.
