      Spring returns to the earth, everything recovers. On the afternoon of April 24, 2018, Rui'an International Hotel grandly held the first quarter work summary commendation meeting and hotel quality improvement mobilization meeting in the International Hall. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Chen Wenchong, assistant to the general manager. A total of more than 100 people from all hotel staff attended this meeting.



      Accompanied by exciting music, the conference officially began at 14:00. All the people in the venue stood up and welcomed the first advanced individuals and collective representatives into the venue with warm applause. Under the command of the host, all participants sang the "Song of International Etiquette and Politeness" in unison following the melody of the military song.



      Then, Mr. Qiu Yongdong, the executive general manager, announced the commendation decision for advanced individuals and collectives, and the hotel management issued a pennant, certificate of honor and bonus to the winners. The face of the awardees was filled with smiles, and they accepted the encouragement from the leaders and colleagues with a high spirit. One hard work and one harvest. What they got was not only certificates and bonuses, but more importantly, they got the affirmation from hotel leaders and colleagues. After the award ceremony, the award-winning representatives successively delivered passionate acceptance speeches.

At the meeting, Mr. Qiu Yongdong, the executive general manager of the hotel, summarized and reviewed the work of the first quarter, affirmed the work results achieved in the first quarter, and summarized four achievements in operation, service quality, employee activities, and safety management. Highlights, deeply reflected on the shortcomings in the work, and proposed the next six key tasks.

      Quality is the eternal theme of the hotel industry. The hotel will use the Zhejiang Hotel Quality List as an opportunity to promote hotel quality construction. After enjoying a sumptuous tea break, the participants listened to the "Hotel Quality Management" training course lectured by Qiu Libo, manager of the housekeeping department. Manager Qiu elaborated on the importance and necessity of improving hotel quality in terms of brand positioning, benefits and reputation brought by quality, and how to improve hotel quality, combined with actual work cases. At the end of the conference, Mr. Qiu Yongdong, the executive general manager of the hotel, read out the "Proposal on the Hotel's Quality Improvement Activities", and led all participants to propose signatures on the event wall, officially kicking off the hotel's quality improvement activities.

      The conference ended successfully with the warm applause of all employees. The inspiring and morale-stimulating conference is over, and new tasks await us. All international people will be excited, united, truth-seeking and pragmatic, and bravely meet the challenges and tests of the market!
