In order to promote the in-depth development of the hotel's full-staff training, comprehensively improve the job operation and theoretical knowledge training capabilities of the hotel's internal trainers.Ruian International Hotel held a two afternoon training course of "TTT Practical Training" in the International Hall from July 4th to 5th, 2019.The hotel specially invites Mr. Zhou Chuanxin, who has worked in Rui'an International Hotel and has been engaged in hotel management for more than 30 years, and has both rich practical experience and rich theoretical foundation as the lecturer.

Impromptu speech is a major test for trainers.Teacher Zhou’s course is aimed at the main weaknesses of the trainer. He first introduced several speech methods and basic modes of speech, and then let the students conduct on-site practical exercises according to the modes.Through practice, the students basically mastered the methods and tricks of speech.
