With the approval of the Municipal People's Government, the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources transferred the state-owned construction land use rights of the five-star hotel and commercial service plots in Ruixiang New District by way of listing.The land is located in the core area of Ruixiang New District, and the specific location is west of Wending Road, north of Wenzhuang Road, east of Wenjie Road, and south of Ruifeng Road. The transfer area is 66,722 square meters.The target of this transfer is an enterprise whose main business is the operation and management of a hotel or department store, and the registered capital of the hotel or department store in 2008 is more than 50 million yuan.
Yesterday, Zhejiang Wanhao Wanjia Industrial Co., Ltd., Ruian International Hotel Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Qianye Investment Co., Ltd. participated in the bidding at the Municipal Public Resources Exchange Center.The bidding will start with a starting price of 239 million yuan, with a price increase of 1 million yuan. The bidding scene is very fierce, mainly between Ruian International Hotel Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Wanhao Wanjia Industrial Co., Ltd.After a total of 99 bids with placards, Rui'an International Hotel Co., Ltd. successfully bid for the land with a price of 479 million yuan.
Xiang Chunchao, chairman of Ruian International Hotel Co., Ltd., said after the successful bidding that the bidding price was slightly higher than expected, but it was within the acceptable range.He said that Ruian entrepreneurs aim to create a high-quality reception environment in our city and contribute to further strengthening the service industry.After obtaining the land use rights, they will start construction according to the Ruixiang New District plan. It is estimated that they will invest more than 1 billion yuan to build the city’s first eco-environmental five-star hotel and nearby commercial buildings, a five-star under construction.The hotel will integrate multiple functions such as accommodation, catering, leisure, vacation, large-scale conferences, and national cultural exhibitions.
