New year new life. At 2 pm on January 5, 2013, the 2012 annual summary report meeting was held in the International Hall. A total of 66 people from the hotel’s foreman level and above attended this important meeting. The meeting was presided over by the general manager Mr. Zhou Chuanxin, and the chairman Mr. Xiang Chunchao visited the
venue and gave important instructions.

      The meeting kicked off with the warm opening speech of the hotel's President Zhou. Fu Ruozhen and other 10 department managers reported on the department's main achievements and problems in 2012, and put forward the work goals for 2013. Li Chunyu, the quality inspection training supervisor, made a summary report on the hotel quality inspection training. The wonderful speeches of everyone, combined with the PPT presentation with both pictures and texts, fully demonstrated the professional quality of the hotel management team and won rounds of applause from the participants.

      After the reports of the various departments, Mr. Zhou summarized the whole year's work with systematic thinking about what problems we encountered, what problems we solved, and what achievements we achieved in 2012. At the same time, in response to the opportunities and challenges in 2013, it put forward management goals, business goals and 7 major marketing measures and 7 major management measures. We call on everyone to build up confidence in 2013, when there is expectation and more pressure. Only with confidence can there be strength, and only with dreams can there be hope!

      The conference has reached the last item, and the chairman is invited to give important instructions. Xiang Dong first affirmed everyone's wonderful report and thanked everyone for their hard work over the past year on behalf of the board of directors. Facing the new year's market test, several requirements were put forward to managers at all levels: do a good job in increasing revenue and reducing expenditure; improve fine management; do a good job in cost control; strengthen team building and improve the hotel's core competitiveness.
