At 9:30 am on November 7th, the Wenzhou service industry standardization pilot project acceptance team, led by Miao Congying, deputy director of the Quality and Standardization Division of the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau, came to the hotel to conduct the inspection and acceptance of the pilot project. Hotel General Manager Zhou Chuanxin, General Manager Assistant Qiu Yongdong and some middle-level management staff enthusiastically and conscientiously completed the inspection work.

In the hotel’s National Security Hall, the experts from the inspection team first listened to the general manager Mr. Zhou Chuanxin’s work report on the development of the pilot project, and then reported on the hotel’s conference service center, lobby, staff activity area, engineering department power distribution room, general warehouse, and revolving The restaurant and guest rooms were inspected on-site. At the same time, the hotel’s ledger was carefully reviewed and the standards were scored strictly. In the end, it was agreed that all indicators of the hotel met the requirements of the "Project Acceptance Evaluation Rules" and passed the "Wenzhou Service Industry" with a score of 90. "Standardization Pilot Project" inspection and acceptance.
In the feedback from the leaders and experts of the acceptance team, they highly affirmed the establishment of the hotel standardization system and the overall environment and atmosphere of the hotel. At the same time, it also pointed out the lack of uniformity, systematicness and operability in the standardization system document system; some system documents were not implemented well; the lack of participation of all employees in the process of standardization construction was insufficient. Yu Peng, director of Ruian City’s Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, put forward requirements for the hotel’s next steps and eagerly hoped for the hotel to apply for the provincial pilot project.
Finally, on behalf of the hotel, Mr. Zhou Chuanxin, the general manager, thanked all the leaders and experts for their visit and guidance, and said that they would immediately rectify the existing problems, do a better job in the standardization of the service industry, and strive to reach the next level.
