At 14:00 on November 20, 2013, Rui'an International Hotel held a training course on "All-Staff Marketing" in the Cathay Pacific Hall. The marketing manager Fu Ruozhen gave a lecture. More than 40 people from the foreman level and above participated in the training course.
At 14:00 on November 20, 2013, Rui'an International Hotel held a training course on "All-Staff Marketing" in the Cathay Pacific Hall. The marketing manager Fu Ruozhen gave a lecture. More than 40 people from the foreman level and above participated in the training course.
This course starts with "brainstorming"-the case of Monk Buying Comb and interacting with the trainees. Through video and vivid language, Manager Fu analyzes the five major functions of all-employee marketing one by one and improves the marketing awareness of all hotel employees through four aspects : 1. To complete the job well; 2. to catch sales opportunities in time; 3. to be familiar with the hotel product knowledge; 4. to establish an overall concept for individuals.
Through this training, the marketing awareness of the participants was further improved, and everyone realized that: First, do your job well. The second is to establish a good brand effect of the hotel by satisfying the reasonable needs of guests, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of hotel profitability.
