Taizhou Phoenix Resort and Garden Resort are two four-star hotels under Yuanzhou Group. Affected by policy adjustments, government reception has dropped drastically, putting great pressure on hotel operations. The hotel management quickly adjusted its business thinking, changed its business model, and made every effort to promote the wedding business, achieving significant results, and its operating performance reached the best level in history.
During the visit, the team building, personnel training, facility renovation, detail management, and food production of these two hotels left a deep impression on the inspectors and learned many valuable experiences and practices.
This inspection was highly valued by the other hotel. Ms. Xu Meimei, the regional general manager of Yuanzhou Group Taizhou, personally led the middle and high-level managers of Phoenix Villa and Garden Villa to warmly welcome them. The two sides conducted in-depth communication and discussion on current industry hotspot issues, difficult issues, and talent issues, especially the difficulty of recruiting grassroots employees. The study inspectors visited the hotel's guest rooms, restaurants and staff activity areas on the spot, and exchanged views on the problems encountered in their work.
