At 14:00 on July 18, 2014, Rui'an International Hotel held a DVD viewing lesson of "How to Build a High-Performance Team (2)" in the International Hall. More than 20 foremen and above participated in the training. This course mainly talks about the following aspects: 1. The basic steps of motivation. Affirm the actions or contributions of others and try to eliminate the limitations or obstacles of others.

This course mainly covers the following aspects: 1. The basic steps of motivation. Affirm the actions or contributions of others and try to eliminate the limitations or obstacles of others. 2. Seven methods of motivation: material aspect, spiritual aspect, affairs aspect, speech aspect, human aspect, praise aspect, superior aspect. Combining various classic cases, Dr. Yu vividly explained the steps and methods of motivation, and put forward some reasonable suggestions and reference practices.
