      At 14:00 on April 11, 2017, the second lesson of the Manager Growth Training Camp started in the International Hall. The course was lectured by Mr. Chi Beilei, the quality inspection training supervisor of the Human Resources Department.

      During the training, Mr. Chi combined theoretical knowledge with practice, focusing on sitting, standing, walking, smiling service, hospitality standards, and language standards. For example, use body language etiquette and courtesy services when leading guests, and use on-site drills and demonstrations to interact with students. Teacher Chi also cited a large number of vivid cases, which left a deep impression on the trainees. There was continuous laughter and applause at the training site, and everyone was inspired and touched by the high learning atmosphere.

      The role of etiquette is to "strengthen personal qualities internally and build corporate image externally". It is not only the lubricant of interpersonal relationships, but also the added value of working relationships. The content of this training is novel. The trainees have not been trained before. The trainees generally responded well, benefited a lot and learned a lot of useful knowledge. Participants expressed that they combined their own work and applied the knowledge they learned to their own work to guide their behavior and work, and to continuously improve themselves.
