——Outstanding students of the management growth training camp study outing
On August 11, 2017, the 7 outstanding students in the manager growth training camp led by the quality inspection training supervisor of the hotel human resources department went to Ningbo Yuyao Hotel to study and inspect.
This time out to study has been highly valued by hotel leaders. As an excellent staff member of the hotel supervision, this is an opportunity to reward and broaden your horizons. But the most important purpose is to observe and learn well, and bring out the outstanding and outstanding features of Yuyao Hotel. Bring it back and use it in our hotel.
With the expectations of the hotel leadership and their prepared questions, a group of eight people gathered in the square behind the hotel at 10:30 in the morning and set off on time to Yuyao Hotel.
It was already two o'clock in the afternoon when I arrived at the hotel. After checking in, I put down my luggage and took a break. Then I directly divided into groups to understand and visit all parts of each area. In order to have a deeper understanding of the various departments of the hotel, I experienced the hotel buffet. During the meal, issues such as service, dishes, facilities and equipment, and staffing were paid attention to and recorded. For the room, we designed some special needs such as: laundry service, shoe cleaning service, room
delivery service, etc., as well as paying attention to Yuyao Hotel’s turn-down and supper delivery services.
In the morning of the second day, some students got up at 6 o'clock and went to the restaurant to pay attention to the breakfast situation. After breakfast, we showed our intentions to the front desk staff, and Xiong Ye, the hotel’s deputy general manager, received us warmly. Helped us patiently answer all the questions raised, and led us to visit and understand the administrative, guest rooms and other areas.
The time is fast. Although there is only a short day, everyone agrees that this study and inspection has gained a lot. After returning to the store, the trainees shared their experience during the inspection trip, and sent the discussion content to various departments for learning. By participating in this study tour, everyone will combine the detailed management and caring service of Yuyao Hotel with the hotel's own situation, apply what they have learned, improve service quality, and create a beautiful guest experience.
