The second agenda item of the conference is the learning and sharing of the inspectors of Qingdao Seaview Garden Hotel.First of all, the participants carefully watched the video introduction of Qingdao Seaview Garden Hotel.In March this year, the hotel organized hotel managers for the second time to go to Qingdao Seaview Garden Hotel to learn their management mode.At the meeting, 7 inspectors, including the manager of the housekeeping department, the manager of the catering department, and the manager of the human resources department, shared the contents of the inspection.Everyone introduced what they saw, heard and felt during the inspection in the form of pictures and texts.Through their report, everyone not only saw the achievements of the seascape in the construction of corporate culture, but also saw the scientificity, advancement and integrity of the seascape management model, as well as strong execution.

At the end of the conference, Mr. Qiu Yongdong, the executive general manager of the hotel, summarized and reviewed the work of the first quarter.
